Hello there! This semester (Summer 2018), I will be mentoring students in using programming in their projects through the work group "Coding with Ada"! April-July 2018

From October 2017, I will be teaching two courses at the University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam in the Interface Design department: Processing for Designers and Developing Augmented Reality applications with Unity3D. The updates will be slow in coming while I adjust to my new schedule. :D

Ars Electronica Hackathon 2017:  I will joining Linsey Raymaekers at the Br41n.io EEG hackathon as part of the team Unity3D / Avatar Control. Linz, September 8-9 2017.

Fashion Fusion 2nd place winner: Our team, mimemeAR, wins second place in the 1st Fashion Fusion competition with an Augmented Reality app for fashion! 18 January 2017. Roles:  Team lead, main concept, 3D texturing and optimization, application programming. Related articles:

Pictoplasma Berlin : finally had the chance to go to this great conference on character design and animation and had the honor of attending and assisting Mark Gmehling with his Cinema 4D wokshop! 11-15 April 2012.

Droidcon Hackathon :Sharing 2nd place with ligi's awesome Bismo app! Amongst other things, we added a nice droidcon schedule screen with the help of droidcon's own designer, Marie Schweiz! March 12, 2012.

Kulturpark 2012:
I have been invited to participate in the Spreepark project this Summer! Woohoo! Possibly an Augmented Reality project will be in the works... Update:  Project postponed to Music Hack Day at Sonar!

Our entry was the 1st place winner at Photohackday! Now we prepare for our prize trip to London to present our app to AKQA, one of the main sponsors! Feb 25-26, 2012.

Trampoline Tracing Mobility: Berlin
Curated and coordinated the Open Platform events during the Tracing Mobility show at the HKW. November 2011. 

Birds in the Tree: Interactive installation with Dale Phurrough. Illuminated tree and sensors, 3D models, commisioned by Naherholung Sternchen,16th and 29th of September 2011.

Dadatek presents: K.I.T.A: the art of playfulism group show and party. Participating as cyberpuppet with Modern Primitive, an animated robot face, June 4th 2011.

Tank is a Creative Technologist / Technical Artist currently living in Berlin.

She has a degree in Fine Arts from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota and a Masters degree in Art and Technology from Chalmers University of Technology. She has worked as a Creative Technical Lead for UX Design projects and as a Technical Artist for Interactive Art and Wearable Tech projects. She is also a Unity3D developer and a 2D and 3D animation artist.

Past projects include multimedia shows, interactive installations, apps and webdesign, robotics and wearable technologies.  She enjoys learning new programming languages and software tools as well as toying with the Leap Motion controller and making stuff with her 3D printer.
